Artist Agreement

This Artist Agreement governs the relationship between MusicBusiness Arena and artists who upload content to the platform.

By creating an artist account, uploading content, or using artist features on MusicBusiness Arena, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Ownership of Content

Artists retain ownership of all music, artwork, videos, images, logos, biographies, and other content uploaded to MusicBusiness Arena.

MusicBusiness Arena does not claim ownership of artist content.

Artist Responsibilities

Artists are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all rights, permissions, licenses, and ownership necessary to upload and distribute content.

Artists may not upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or trademark rights
• Violates applicable laws
• Contains fraudulent or misleading information
• Violates the rights of third parties

Platform License

By uploading content, artists grant MusicBusiness Arena a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, process, promote, and distribute content through the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting artist pages and music releases.

Music Downloads

Artists may offer music downloads through the platform.

Artists are responsible for setting accurate information regarding their releases, pricing, and downloadable content.

Streaming Links

Artists may add streaming links to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack, SoundCloud, and other supported platforms.

Artists are responsible for ensuring all streaming links are accurate and valid.

Payments and Revenue

Artists may earn revenue from music downloads sold through MusicBusiness Arena.

MusicBusiness Arena may deduct applicable platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or other approved charges before distributing artist earnings.

Content Removal

MusicBusiness Arena reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies, copyright laws, or applicable regulations.

Account Suspension

MusicBusiness Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate artist accounts that violate this agreement or any platform policy.

Changes to this Agreement

MusicBusiness Arena may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Acceptance

By creating an artist account or uploading content to MusicBusiness Arena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Artist Agreement.
